| Deposit Policy |
| A 50 percent deposit is required on all custom orders: All custom order deposits are non-refundable. Once a custom order is complete the purchaser will be notified. Purchaser must arrange for shipping with Limpia Creek Hats or pick up the hat before the end of 90 days. At the end of 90 days, the hat will be re-shelved and sold. No refunds or exchanges on custom hats. See store for details. Please allow 8 - 10 weeks for delivery on all custom hats. |
